The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA)
develops solutions to enable the Department of Defense to prevent, reduce, and counter weapons-of-mass-destruction and emerging threats.
DTRA funds the development of vaccines, therapeutics, diagnostics, medical devices, and personal protective equipment (PPE). DTRA also collaborates with JPEO-CBRND to develop and implement CBRN defense strategies and capabilities for the warfighter.
These opportunities are typically available through Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) directly from DTRA or through industry consortiums including the Medical CBRN Defense Consortium (MCDC), the Medical Technology Enterprise Consortium (MTEC), and the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Consortium.
DTRA Consulting can help your organization navigate the DTRA (and JPEO-CBRND) funding landscape and put your potential project in the best position for a successful award.
